At Q-Care Affordable Medical Care, we aim to be your "medical home*". A place where anyone will feel comfortable attending to all their medical problems big or small. The medical providers at Q-Care can manage a wide-variety of medical conditions. However, when the condition requires a specialists' care, your medical provider will refer you to a trusted professional and/or coordinate the care that you need to manage your condition. Together, you and your Q-Care provider, will make evidence-based and informed decisions about the care you deserve and need, and self-management support for your health.

(1) care of the adults, including physical examinations, screening and treatment for asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart health examinations, venipuncture (blood tests), and vision screening
(2) care of the infants and children, including vaccinations, assessments of growth and development, treatment of minor skin conditions, ear wax removal, school and camp physicals and other health related services
(3) care of adolescents including STI screenings and treatment, and other teen-related services
(4) women’s health care including, routine GYN care and family planning options
(5) men's health care including prostate cancer screening and routine urological care
(6) preventative health care, including screening for cancers, and other routine health care examinations and
(7) minor office-based procedures, including treatment of warts, EKGs, PPD placement, and other routine health care procedures.
